In Times of Change, Your Power Lives in Two Places: Within — and Between Us

We’re living through a moment that feels like the sand is being swept from under your feet while a wave pulls the sand out from under you and your foundations have changed…so it feels different.

The pace is faster. The noise is louder. The path ahead is less defined.

And in times like this, most people look outward for answers.

But the truth is: 👉 Clarity comes from within
👉 Stability comes from connection on all levels

Not just one type but the mental phyical and spiritual. Clarity will come from asking standing in the water while the wave sweeps away your foundations and trusting that you can absolutly swim and you have the resilience to ride the wave.

1. Reconnecting With Your Higher Self (When Everything Feels Unstable)

Your higher self isn’t some abstract, spiritual concept.

It’s the version of you that knows what matters to you and only you (even when others don’t). You tap into the version of you that moves with calm instead of urgency, not reacting but finding new ways to respond. And the version of you that over rides fear and shifts to love, who makes decisions from alignment, not fear. Because fear is a sneaky little creature that can creep up on you, so being conciousely aware of your self and connecting with your higher self is you trusting in yourself.

The challenge?
We’ve been trained to override your intuition, that inner knowing. so here are some ways to reconnect.

To reconnect:

  • Create quiet daily (even 5 minutes matters)
  • Ask better questions: “What feels true?” vs “What should I do?”
  • Notice what consistently drains vs expands you
  • Trust the first answer before the noise kicks in

⚡ Bold shift: Stop trying to “figure out your purpose” who says we only have one?
→ Start noticing where you feel most you

That’s the signal.

2. Reconnecting With Community (The Missing Piece Most People Overlook)

Personal growth culture often over do it and you think that the tools for connecting to source in outside of us with a Guru, or regligion but the truth is you have it all already you just need to connect. Keep it simple and if it makes it easier to be in a community like a guru event or religous community or nomad yoga retreat community that’s perfect. Whatever works for you. But know that the on going inward journey is an adventure and it is your own adventure you don’t need a middle man. You have all you need inside you now.

Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in conversations that challenge you, in rooms where you feel seen in spaces where you feel a belonging and in relationships that stretch your thinking.

Real community isn’t:

  • A follower count
  • A passive group
  • Surface-level networking

Real community feels like:

  • Being understood without overexplaining
  • Being called forward, not just supported
  • Shared momentum

⚡ Bold shift: Stop asking “How do I grow faster?” → Ask “Who am I growing with?”

Because the right people compress time.

3. Where Alignment Meets Collective Energy

This is where things get powerful.

When you’re connected to your higher self AND surrounded by aligned people

You make better decisions faster.

You stop second-guessing.

You start creating instead of reacting.

This is how ideas turn into movements and conversations turn into opportunities and individuals turn into ecosystems.

LinkedIn is a great space for this. Take the opportunity to connect, write an article that might help just one person, comment and interact, have a virtual coffee with someone you think you align with in your industry. You never know where it will lead. I am always plesently supprised who I connect with and how I might be able to help them on their journey, share common values, stories and innovations to help others.

It is great to connect in community but always give yourself some space to connect with what feels right for you and reconnect with you. For me I like to sit or walk in nature and I find the answers to what I need now comes to me.

4. Practical Ways to Start Connecting (Right Now)

Keep it simple. Don’t overthink it.

For inner connection:

  • Take 10 minutes today without input (no phone, no music)
  • Write one thing you know but have been ignoring
  • Act on it within 24 hours

For community connection:

  • Reach out to 3 people you genuinely respect (not for gain—just to reconnect)
  • Join or create a small, intentional circle (even 3–5 people is enough)
  • Share something real, not polished

The Truth Most People Avoid

You don’t need more information. You need Less noise and a deeper trust in yourself, and more honest connection with others. This is how you move through uncertainty without losing yourself.

This is how you lead in times like these.

If this resonates: What’s one place you already feel aligned—and one place you’re ready to reconnect?
